Sale of goods contract
This document is for the sale of goods by a private individual (a person not acting in the course of business) to another private individual or a business. It is not suitable for use by a business. The agreement records the description, price and delivery method for the goods and whether full payment has been received for the item or a deposit has been paid. It contains options to include warranties (guarantees). It is suitable for use in the United Kingdom only.
