Revocation of a general power of attorney
Use this document to cancel ('revoke') a general or ordinary power of attorney that you have previously granted to another. This document is only suitable for revoking a general or ordinary power of attorney. Note that you can only use this document for powers of attorney created in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
