Coronavirus sick leave and pay policy
This policy enables a UK business to communicate to its staff information and procedures for coronavirus-related absences. It sets out:
- How and when you must be informed if staff catch COVID-19 or believe they have symptoms
- How you expect them to behave while on sick leave
- When you will require evidence
- When staff qualify to receive Statutory Sick Pay and when it'll be paid
